Next Generation is proud to offer a hybrid style of Muay Thai instruction. We will teach you the full spectrum of striking. We have taken the most effective moves from Dutch and Thai style kickboxing along with Conventional Boxing. Classes will cover both attack and defense techniques using your hands, shins, knees and elbows. |
