Cardio Kickboxing is a conditioning class designed for both men and women that focusses on many of the exercises associated with Muay Thai (Thai Boxing). This is not the typical Cardio Kickboxing class where you are dancing around throwing punches and kicks in the air to techno music. In your workouts you will utilize the same punch, kick, elbow and knee combos that we teach our professional fighters, so you actually learn real self-defense not some choreagraphed dance moves. In addition, you will also be performing plyometric and isometric exercises that will maximize your full body workout. This class focusses on burning extreme amounts of calories, core conditioning, muscle endurance and increasing your VO2 Max. It's time to burn calories, tone your body and most of all HAVE FUN!!
